Teddy's Glass Bottom Boat

After a more sedate tour of our marine life? Teddy's Glass Bottom Boat has all day excusions taking you to our marine parks, with a stop off at the beautiful island of Ile Moyenne where you can walk alongside the famous giant tortoises of Seychelles.

 

Anse Major Trail

This popular yet secluded trail leads to Anse Major beach, which is only accessible by hiking or by boat. You'll find this 45 minute hike a breeze, with spectacular views over the north west point of the island along the way. Not up for walking back? You'll find a number for a local boat taxi service to take you back to the start of the trail.

Beau Vallon Water Sports

Para-sailing has been available on Beau Vallon for as long as I can remember, now you can enjoy a host of activities along the beach, including canoeing, wind surfing, surfing, bodyboarding, and for those thrill seekers even jet skiing.

Bazaar La Brin

Every Wednesday afternoon / evening Beau Vallon plays host to the Bazaar La Brin, where you'll find plenty of local street food, souvenirs, and the occasional live local music.

Victoria town centre (3 miles - 12 minutes)

Take a stroll through the capital of Seychelles. Here you’ll find curio shops, groceries, banks, post office, cafes, and more.

Victoria Market (3 miles - 12 minutes)

Nestled in Victoria you’ll find the Sir Selwyn Selwyn-Clark market, where you can find fresh fruit, spices, fish, and all manner of creole goodies.

Botanical Gardens (3.9 miles - 15 minutes)

Discover the flora of the island in the botanical gardens. Great for a picnic. While you're there be sure to meet the resident giant tortoises.

Cat Cocos (4 miles - 17 minutes)

Fancy visiting some of the other islands? Visit Cat Cocos who operate catamaran trips between Mahé and Praslin or La Digue. On Praslin be sure to visit the Vallée de Mai where your find beautiful walks through the forest of the famous Seychelles double coconut. Why not stop by Anse Lazio beach regularly regarded as the worlds best beach.

Eden Island (5.8 miles - 20 minutes)

A relatively new development built on reclaimed land. On Eden island you'll find fantastic scenery, bars and restaurants which offer serenity during the day and fantastic night life in the evenings.

Nestled in the peaks of Mount Mourne - Mission Lodge features spectacular views across the west coast of Mahe. The drive up San Souci itself is a wonder to behold.
